CLIMATE CHANGE IMPLICATION ON WATER SUPPLY


Scientists define climate change as the significant change from one climatic condition to another. Changing climate is expected to cause extreme weather conditions. Extreme weather conditions could mean increase evaporation and precipitation. The impactf climate change on water supply is discussed into 4 categories: 1) water availability (quantity); 2) water quality; 3) capital outlay (cost); and 4) water demand.
