These four case studies include agriculture and rural development in Irosin, Sorsogon, growth promoting infrastructure in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, social council infrastructure in Bohol Province and the social sector in North Cotabato Province. These best practices prove that the recent decentralization has catalyzed better governance at the municipal, provincial and national level.
