Dr. Ramonette Serafica

Dr. Ramonette Serafica is a senior research fellow at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies. She is a former associate professor at the Economics Department of the College of Business and Economics of De La Salle University-Manila. She also worked in regional organizations and the private sector.

She earned her PhD and MA in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She has published numerous studies on services trade, policy, and regulation.
