The 2024 Regional Development Report presents an assessment of the region’s second year performance in the implementation of Zamboanga Peninsula Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2023-2028. The ZamPen RDP aims to attain the region’s vision to become "The Center of Sustainable Agri-Fishery Industries of the Philippines.” It further focuses on the region’s contribution to the attainment of the country’s goal of economic transformation for a prosperous, inclusive, and resilient society as enunciated in the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 towards the Philippine’s Long-Term Vision 2040 or AmBisyon Natin 2040.
