The Zamboanga Peninsula Regional Development Plan 2023 Assessment Report is the first annual monitoring report in the implementation of ZamPen RDP 2023-2028. It provides timely, useful, and relevant information on the progress of the region towards achieving its goals. The report also showcases the initiatives of the regional stakeholders, government agencies, local government units, civil society organizations, and the private sector in its attempt to stimulate the region’s economic growth back to its pre-pandemic level. It highlights the accomplishments toward the region’s economic and social transformation and growth focusing on strategies to develop and protect the capabilities of individuals and families and transforming the production sector to generate quality jobs and competitive products.
