The Agrarian Reform Program was launched in June 1993 to address both land tenure improvement and delivery of support services to the agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs). This report concerns the ARC program in the province of Negros Occidental. It preents the results of a research on activities undertaken by the DAR provincial and municipal offices to pursue the ARC program, as well as the interventions made in three ARC sites in the province.
