The book presents the 1994 Philippine greehouse gases (GHGs) emissions inventory. It is more than an accounting tally of numbers on a spreadsheets. This is intentionally designed to serve as manual and workbook to enable other agencies, organizations aneven countries with comparable geo-social features to conduct a similar exercise on their own. The reference manual describes the technical issues and assumptions behind the calculations. The workbook is written in recipe style.
