THE ERAP PRESIDENCY: BLEEDING THE LOCAL ECONOMY TO DEATH


This short paper examines recent economic trends and the possible effects of various political scenarios on the economy. Furthermore, it concludes that without the resignation and impeachment of the President, the outlook for the economy will be bleak fo2001 and beyond. It also asserts that the current economic managers are being used by the regime to prop up its sagging credibility.
