The study on the implementation of project on social services delivery in Balete, Aklan scrutinizes the role of local governance in community projects. The paper tries to identify characteristics of local governance as necessary to effect poverty reductin. It examined governance factors like accountability,transparency, responsiveness and participation as they affect project implementation.
