EQUALIZING THE IMPACT OF ECONOMIC CHANGE THROUGH COASTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (CRM)

This research focuses on the attempts and experiences in coastal resource management of the municipalities of Balayan, Calaca and Mabini in Batangas. The study aims to investigate the confluence of factors that contribute or hinder effective enforcementf devolved coastal resource management functions on Balayan Bay. LGU-community relations are highlighted.
