The study is a product of survey conducted on 762 NGOs in the Philippines. The study discusses key governance issues in the NGO sector and how they are addressed by them. Issues include transparency and accountability, financial sustainability, staff turover and human resource development. In the end, the author poses recommendations on ways and means to improve development NGO governance.
