DEVELOPING GOOD GOVERNANCE INDICATOR FOR POVERTY PROGRAM ASSESSMENT


The study focuses on an analysis of the role of governance and anti-poverty programs and projects. The study is centered on methods, processes and intitutional arrangements focused on addressing poverty rather than in measuring outcomes of anti-poverty pograms and projects. Here highlighted were the anti-poverty programs from Marcos to Estrada administration. Some case studies are also included here.
