Following the experiences of the region from the 2020 megaflood, the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Council identified measures to address the perennial flooding and to rehabilitate the Cagayan River. Featured in this issue is the launch of the Cagayan River Restoration Program led by the Regional Build Back Better Task Force.
