The Cagayan Valley Regional Research and Development Agenda (CV RRDA) 2023-2028 contains the priority research and development (R&D) agenda that will guide the R&D activities in the region. The researches to be conducted aim to support the AmBisyon Natin 2040, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Philippine Development Plan (PDP), and the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Plan (CV RDP) 2023-2028.
The CV RRDA is an accompanying document of the CV RDP. It serves as a reference for research partners and practitioners in identifying researches to be conducted in the next six years. This will direct research investments to the identified priority researches.
