This research implemented a primary interview-questionnaire survey of managers and investors in EPZA in the Philippines for the period 1993-1994. Findings show that majority of the foreign companies locate in the Philippines to avail of cheap labour. Manalso cited the quality of Philippine labour and the investment incentives as important.
