The Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP), 2005 2010 contains the list of programs and projects in
support of the Western Visayas Regional Development Plan, 2004 2010. The RDIP is categorized into three major funding
sources, namely:
1. Programs and projects for national government funding These are programs and projects to be implemented by national government agencies and will be
funded under the General Appropriations Act and other sources of funds coming from the national government.
2. Regions own programs and projects These are programs and projects to be funded from direct Official Development Assistance to the regions.
3. Programs and projects for local government funding These are programs and projects to be funded and
implemented by local government units from local funding sources and their Internal Revenue Allotment.
