The project aimed to set up a databank and a system that shall allow for an institutionalized and sustained monitoring and evaluation of the performance of local government units in primary health care. The Department of Health shall be the main user of the system. It shall generate and process information on PHC from various sources such as the academe, non-government organizations, and research institutions.
