The Central Visayas Regional Development Plan Results Matrices (RDP-RM) 2023-2028 is an accompanying document of the Central Visayas Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2023-2028. It serves as the primary instrument to monitor the performance of the region in the attainment of the development outcomes and strategic objectives stated in the RDP. It is designed to provide results orientation to the plan and ensure that the outcomes are achieved in carrying out the development strategies.
The RDP-RM contains statements of the results to be achieved (goals, outcomes, outputs) with corresponding indicators, baseline information, annual and end-of-plan targets, means of verification, and responsible agencies that shall report on the progress of the attainment of the target indicators. It is organized according to the chapters of the RDP.
