The 2020 Regional Development Report assesses the performance of the region during the year while the region battles the protracted impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is done by comparing sectoral accomplishments against targets as set in the Results Matrix, an accompanying document of the Cagayan Valley Regional Development Plan.
