The Western Visayas RDC Bulletin is the Regional Development Council of Region VI's official newsletter, published quarterly. The publication contains economic data, gender and development feature stories, and regional development-related news. It also includes the RPMES Monitor - the official quarterly publication of the Regional Project Monitoring Committee VI that features updates on big-ticket projects in the region.
