The "Regional Experts' Consultative Meeting on Agribusiness Policy Research" was organized by the Agribusiness Project of SEAMEO-SEARCA. It was conducted on 8-10 May 1986 at SEARCA Headquarters, College, Laguna with funding coming from the Special Funds of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO).
