This study aims to assess the implementation of CAMP during BAYANIHAN 1 (i.e., 17 March 2020 to 19 May 2020) based on the perspective of its intended and actual clients. Specifically, the study intends to: (1) review service delivery and utilization, including availment and beneficiary satisfaction; (2) determine implementation gaps, bottlenecks, and issues; and (3) identify policy recommendations to improve program design and implementation.
