Deemed to advance the Central Visayas Regional Development Plan (CV-RDP) 2023-2028 particularly on the strategies of ensuring food security, modernizing agriculture and promoting agribusiness, and increasing income-earning ability of individuals and families, the Tamlang Valley Sustainable Agriculture for Growth and Resiliency (TVSAGR) Project was approved by the Regional Development Council (RDC) 7 during its third quarter meeting on 15 September 2023 at the Negros Oriental Convention Center, Dumaguete City. The TVSAGR is expected to boost agricultural productivity, promote food security, and address insurgency and social inequalities in Negros Oriental.
