The Regional Development Council adopted the CALABARZON Regional Development Plan 2023-2028 during its 1st Quarter 2023 Meeting on March 2. It was formulated from a series of consultations with the regional stakeholders.
Aligned with the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028, the overall goal of the CALABARZON RDP is ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION FOR A PROSPEROUS, INCLUSIVE, AND RESILIENT SOCIETY. For the next 5-6 years, this development plan hopes to reinvigorate job creation and accelerate poverty reduction by steering the economy back on a high-growth path to effect economic and social transformation for a prosperous, inclusive, and resilient society.
