This is the AVP for the Formulation of the Master Plan for Sustainable Infrastructure Development in Olongapo and its Immediate Environs. It is guided by the vision for Olongapo Metropolitan Area to be a dynamic and globally competitive growth center, tourism hub, and international gateway. The Master Plan identifies infrastructure projects that will help improve competitiveness, connectivity, vulnerability reduction, and general urban conditions in the area.
