This is the official AVP for the popularization of the Pampanga River Basin Master Plan 2016-2030. It focused on the attainment of the overall goal to be the most economically-advanced and resilient river basin with the lowest poverty incidence, fully-restored watershed and ecosystems, managed water resources, adequately provided infrastructure facilities, empowered citizens and development-oriented leaders.
