This paper, which details agricultural credit policy in the Philippines from the reforms introduced during the 1980s to current financial policies, was presented by the author during the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) Seminar on Agricultural Finance and Credit Policy held in New Delhi, India on November 13-17, 2000.
