UNESC 1991-AEP: An Analysis of the Effects of Fertility on Women's Spatial Mobility in the Philippines

The article focuses on the probable impact of fertility on migration. It attempts to uncover in a systematic manner the temporal and spatial linkages between fertility and migration at the individual level. Further, the applicability of some theoretical perspectives commonly referred to in the literature on the migration effects on fertility is tested.
