In 1990, the PIDS has begun setting the stage for its activities in the nineties. It has concentrated on project preparation and development. Various new research projects have been lined up, six of which have a combined projected worth that is enough to partly finance the Institute’s operations for the next three years. This report reviews the achievement of PIDS in terms of its information dissemination, library development program and publications. It also presents the Institute’s financial operations.
