The Harmonized Region 1 Research & Development and Innovation Agenda (HRRDIA) is a companion plan of the Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2023-2028. It contains several research topics under various fields of development sectors and sub-sectors that aim to address the R&D needs or gaps of the several challenges stated in the regional plan.
