Water is one resource that man cannot live without. It is thus important that its sources are maintained and managed well to ensure that its quantity and quality are not placed in jeopardy at any time. This Policy Notes outlines the current set-up, policies and issues on water management in the Philippines and seeks to extract the key concerns affecting institutional matters that have to be addressed to achieve an effective and efficient water resource management system.
