The updated Updated Harmonized Region 1 Research and Development Agenda (HRRDA) is a companion plan of the Enhanced Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017-2022 Midterm Update. It contains several research topics under various fields of development sectors and sub-sectors that aim to address the R&D needs or gaps of the several challenges stated in the regional plan.
