The Philippines in its ASEAN Chairmanship 2017 seeks to actively promote and enhance the interests and well-being of all people in ASEAN. Equally important, the Philippines also endeavors to ensure the centrality of ASEAN in the effective and timely response to pertinent issues facing the region.
