This is a 2-phased NEDA commissioned study that seeks to provide technical and policy inputs to the proposed revisions of the Local Government Code (LGC) specifically to the revision of the IRA formula. The IRA Study focuses on the possibility and desirability of factoring in the local public services and goods funded by the national government in the IRA reformulation.
