The Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization–Regional Center for Educational Innovation and Technology (SEAMEO INNOTECH) is principally dedicated to identifying education problems and needs of Southeast Asian countries and developing innovative and technology-based solutions to address these problems. The SEAMEO INNOTECH Educational Innovation Digest is a special publication on educational innovations introduced by teachers and school heads in Southeast Asia.
