EO No. 376, s. 1989, mandates the Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) to monitor all development projects undertaken by National Government agencies, Local Government Units, State Universities and Colleges, and GovernmentOwned and Controlled Corporations.
The Committee’s accomplishments essentially covered the following activities: (1) Quarterly program/project progress monitoring; (2) Field Monitoring on major/priority/critical programs/projects and conduct of RPMC XII technical level PSS; (3) Conduct of quarterly regular meetings and problem-solving sessions; (4) Review and confirmation of project monitoring reports (PMRs) prepared; and (5) Preparation of Reports on RPMC XII cum PSS Agreements for submission to RDC XII and NPMC.
