The CY 2023 first quarter RPMES report consolidates the status reports of 220 projects submitted by implementing entities. The reports by implementing agencies are summarized in Table 1. It highlights major projects identified by the National Project Monitoring Committee for priority monitoring, which are funded through Official Development Assistance and the General Appropriations Act (GAA). The status reports of these projects during the first quarter are summarized in RPMES Form No. 5.
