The Bicol Regional Physical Framework Plan (RPFP) 2021-2050 is a long-term plan that will guide the direction and growth of the regional and subregional areas for the rational allocation, utilization, and management of the region’s land and other physical resources. In the formulation of the Bicol RPFP, the mainstreaming of disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation (DRR-CCA) principles was ensured to attain a sustainable future.
