The Regional Development Report is the region’s report card. For 2021, the report assesses the fifth-year implementation of the Bicol Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2017-2022. It embodies the region’s accomplishments and challenges in terms of the programs, activities, and project (PAPs) vis-à-vis the RDP outcomes and the Sustainable Development Goals.
