The CY 2010 Regional Development Report assesses the implementation of the Updated Bicol Development Plan for the period 2008-2010. The RDR evaluates the various strategies, programs, projects, and activities of government agencies the private sector during the year to determine how they contributed to the attainment of the development goals of the region.
