The study aims to understand the regulatory space surrounding private recruitment and placement for local employment and its applicability through electronic and digital means. Specifically, it intends to: (1) evaluate areas of policy concerns, including the legal and policy environments; (2) identify policy options ranging from regulatory to non-regulatory, and other policy alternatives; and (3) assess preliminary impacts of identified policy options.
