The Medium-Term Philippine Development Plan, 2004-2010 is the country's economic development blueprint for the next six years. It fleshes out the 10-point legacy of the Arroyo Administration. Subdivided into five parts: economic growth and job creation; energy; social justices and basic needs; education and youth; and anti-corruption and good governance.
