| This discussion paper explores the challenges and opportunities within the traditional weaving industry in four communities across Northwestern Panay: Pandan and Libertad in Antique, and Nabas and Ibajay in Aklan. The study, spearheaded by the UP Visayas Center for West Visayan Studies (CWVS) , aims to assess the capacity enhancement needs of these weaving communities and document their narratives through key informant interviews and focus group discussions. |
