Impact of Agrarian Reform on Poverty Reduction


One of the government’s major components in its poverty alleviation strategy is agrarian reform. While a number of reports have been published on the extent of increase of the agrarian reform beneficiaries, very little studies had been made on the impact of the agrarian reform program in reducing poverty among beneficiaries. This Policy Notes attempts to provide such assessment using results of an econometric model.
