This paper describes a process of communicating Community-Based Water Management (CBWM) research results to policy. It describes the method as "loops of a spiral," i.e., multi-stakeholder and participatory policy analysis where policymakers and researchers work together toward a policy solution. This process was done in Lantapan, Bukidnon, Philippines, and some of the lessons learned were brought up to the national level.
