With debates going on regarding possible constitutional changes on the government set-up, fundamental issues sometimes get blurred or lost amidst the noise of "politicking." This issue is an effort to clarify some points and inform the public on what their options are all about--the basics of the parliamentary vs. the basics of the presidential system.
