Started as a rehabilitation and recovery program for areas affected by the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Tropical Cyclones Egay and Falcon in July and August 2023, the Flood Management and Resiliency Plan for Central Luzon 2024-2028: A Post-Disaster Rehabilitation and Recovery Program provides long-term solutions by improving climate resiliency in the region. It also integrates ridge-to-reef river basin approach to usher post-disaster rehabilitation and recovery.
