The Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC) has engaged PSR Consulting to conduct an overall assessment of the DAPCOPO's performance and to recommend new directions and alternative mechanisms that would enhance its effectiveness. The specific areas of evaluation are: program design, performance and management.The DAPCOPO is a wholesale credit facility for federations of cooperatives and people's organizations, and networks of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) for relending to non-bankable agricultural-based groups in the rural areas.
