The paper focuses on the fiscal sector. Among the indicators developed are those of sustainability of the public debt and the public sector deficit/surplus. There will be discussion on the revenue and expenditure indicators. A comparison of the debt and fiscal performance of the Philippines with some Asian countries is presented.
