This proceeding focused on the ACSC/APF 2022 which is a two-day hybrid conference that tackles Southeast Asian peoples’ most pressing issues on ASEAN that are under Cambodia’s leadership for the year. It also targets to amplify the space for the voices of grassroots and marginalized communities.
